Spring styling from the kay me team

The whole kay me team is getting ready for spring, and with this exciting season fast approaching, we’re in the mood to change up our style as well!

For today’s kay me blog, we asked three members of the kay me team at our headquarters in Tokyo about their styling inspiration for spring – keep reading to learn more about what we’ll be wearing…

Yuko (production team) – “I want to wear… bright colors and i-line dresses”

As head of production, Yuko is known for her fantastic sense of style (and we’ve never seen her repeat the same outfit twice!). This spring, she’s selected bright colors to channel the energy of the season and reflect the beautiful flowers that burst into bloom. Our I-line dresses are a popular silhouette this year in Japan, and are available in solid colors that are the perfect choice for busy work days.

Ikue (IT team) – “I want to wear… 3/4 sleeves and knitwear”

More than handy with an Excel file, Ikue is also an excellent problem solver and brings this logic to her versatile workwear too. Choosing 3/4 sleeve knitwear, Ikue knows she can wear these dresses in a variety of ways for work and weekends, and with our fully machine washable knitwear there’s no need to worry about dry cleaning. Pair with matching and contrasting cardigans for an effortless look that goes well beyond the 9-to-5.

Reiko (web team) – “ I want to wear… flower prints and pastels”

You can usually find Reiko surrounded by a certain relaxed cartoon bear (her favorite cute character), and as kay me founder Junko Kemi’s sister, she’s been part of the kay me story since the very beginning. A big fan of casual styles, this spring she’s chosen to highlight our floral prints and soft hoodies for elegant travel style that doesn’t compromise on comfort or quality.
